A trustworthy portfolio is not a gallery of screenshots. It is a clear record of how you think, what you built, and what changed because of your work.
Recruiters and technical reviewers usually scan quickly, so each project should explain the problem, your role, the tools you used, and the decisions that mattered most.
The strongest beginner portfolios include two or three focused projects with working demos, clean repositories, and short notes about tradeoffs. This is often more convincing than ten unfinished experiments.
